Yoga For Teenagers
Have Fun, Let Go of Stress
I am so excited to start working with teenagers as I feel Yoga and mindfulness will benefit them greatly. My classes are always full of positivity and self-love but I really feel the breathing exercises we do together may work so well in the classroom, or even at home.
There is so much pressure on children this age and I know the structure of a Yoga class will help ease that. Remember, Yoga is for everyone, and it’s not all about being flexible - it’s about inner strength, understanding, respect, fun, letting go and learning how to love yourself for who you are.
If you would like your school to get involved then let me know and I can arrange a visit. I will also be running my own class out of school so please check the timetable.
